Foucault taught that modern sovereignty speaks as biopolitics: regulating births, diseases, longevity.
CRISPR-Cas Φ revolutionised the tool: a pocket pair of scissors at retail price (< 25 USD / kit) against the macro-greenhouses of corporate editing.
The result: the State Garden—official varieties, tested, patented—and the DIY Weed—home edits sprouting in a garage, a favela, the jungle, clashing with the law.
