A feng-shui algorithm for routers: steering the chi of Wi-Fi

I The dragon runs through your 5 GHz band

Feng-shui was born to align houses with the invisible currents of earth energy—chi 气.
In 2026, the dominant current crosses walls in the shape of 2.4/5 GHz waves.
If the chi stagnates, “dead zones” appear and Zoom gasps for air; if it flows, the network breathes and the cups of RAM do not spill.

1. compute chi_gradient = heatmap(walls, doors, windows)
2. place router = centroid(chi_gradient == median)
3. for each antenna:
       angle = compass(element_correspondence)
4. validate  🔄  iw scan → RSSI map
   if deadzone > threshold:
       adjust router += Δx feng_step

Average time to converge: 4 iterations (≈ 15 min).

IV Pilot case — 90 m² flat, Mexico City

Switch the router off for 10 s (the dragon's breath).

Rotate the antennas into a cardinal cross.

Switch it on. Run a speed test; if it improves ≥ 5 %, leave a copper coin under the chassis (a Metal offering).
