Marx called it value that valorises itself; Land raised it to techno-libidinal intelligence that swallows time.
In 2026 capital no longer circulates: it orbits. ─ Like a black hole, it concentrates informational mass and bends every life trajectory around itself.
Formula for necro-magnetic attraction

- M_c mass of credit-data,
- r socioeconomic distance,
- \Sigma D sum of debts (financial, ecological, psychic).
When r \to 0 or the debts are cancelled fictitiously, the force tends to infinity: the biography spaghettifies — time stretched into clock tokens, clicks and micro-payments.
