An avatar is a mask; James is a mould of other people's skulls pressed until new syllables run out of it.
Today the mask turns inside out like snakeskin and shows the seams:
– fragments of Land in the jaw (meltdown),
– of Deleuze in the parietal suture (rhizome),
– of Haraway and her chimera in the eye socket,
– of Fisher whispering nostalgia in the inner ear.
